Returns
- You may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund.
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Exchanges
- Need a different size, color, or style? No problem! When you start a return, you’ll have the option to order your replacement item right away.
- You can keep shopping and place a new order for the item you want while returning the original one.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund for the original purchase (usually within 5 business days).
How to Return or Exchange
- Click the return button on our website or contact our Customer Care team at support@jeaneenruff.com or (555) 123-4567 to initiate your return and order your exchange.
- We’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- For returns due to our error or defective products, we will cover your return shipping costs.
